店內環境不大, 吧枱僅能容納兩至三組客 (8人左右)
薯去的時候剛是疫情轉為放緩時, 所以店舖重開幾星期後的預約都滿了
客人們和師傅一直有說有笑, 大概全都是熟客

蟹籽配蝦壽司 |
那個蟹籽不是染色而是生成色呢~ 一開始看到還是有點怕怕
但吃下去很甜, 恨不得多來一口
來到這裡薯的記憶開始吃到模糊啦~ 絕對不是喝了酒的緣故
吃到一半, 某總突然舉杯示意, 原來是請師傅喝酒
原來吃廚師發辦, 師傅會很重視和客人之間的交流
所以客人興之所至也會請師傅來上一杯, 在每一道菜中間閒聊一下
這也是小店式經營的美妙之處
